April 2025 — September 2025 During a group-wide efficiency program for Lufthansa Group, I designed and implemented a scalable data management strategy to automate reporting for top management through interactive Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel frameworks. This role involved the preparation of critical decision templates and strategic analyses for the Executive Board, directly influencing corporate-wide optimizations. Additionally, I drove business growth by performing data-driven market analyses for new product launches and drafting comprehensive proposals for project acquisition.

June 2022 — April 2025 A primary focus of my work involves the ITEA GreenCode project, where I engineered a web-based platform for PLC infrastructure modeling and the simulation of sophisticated attack scenarios mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK Matrix. Beyond development, I applied my skills in Unity and C# to create multiplayer serious games that support teaching, and I contributed to the academic community as a co-author of a scientific publication on the decision-making of software engineers. My technical background is further complemented by experience in methodological research, specifically in the design of interview guidelines and the evaluation of qualitative data.

November 2024 — March 2025 Building on my internship responsibilities, I organized a project seminar with FH Aachen on integrating AI products, especially Agentforce, into current sales processes. I was involved in the organization and execution of the seminar, which included developing a prototype for the integration of Agentforce into the sales workflow and providing strategic advice for future use cases.

April 2018 — July 2020 Full-stack design and implementation of a “digital bulletin board”; initial implementation in vanilla PHP / JS and subsequent refactoring to a React architecture, including user administration and data management. Furthermore, I led the end-to-end development of a pick-by-light system to optimize the warehouse logistics of an SME. Implementation using Laravel, including direct database integration with the company’s existing infrastructure.
